Jonathan is a Partner in our Business Interruption Insurance team.
Jonathan’s main area of expertise is civil litigation with a particular focus on suspected fraudulent claims. Previously, Jonathan has worked for a number of legal 500 firms, predominantly acting for and on behalf of insurance companies. He also has a strong interest in policy coverage disputes, including handling multiple complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service concerning Legal Expenses Insurance policies.
Jonathan is always looking for innovative ways to achieve the best outcomes for his clients. He takes a strategic and proactive approach to each case, ensuring his clients receive exceptional service. It’s no surprise that those who have worked with him describe him as “dedicated,” “hard-working,” and “tenacious.”

Outside of work
Jonathan is a busy father to two young daughters so that takes up a fair bit of his time! He cycles to and from work most days, using that time to clear his head, and enjoys watching NFL football.
