Aliya is a Litigation Paralegal in RLK Solicitors’ Insurance Litigation team, specialising in loss assessments for business interruption claims. She is a recent graduate who supports business clients with a meticulous, client-focused approach.
Aliya is a Paralegal in RLK Solicitors’ Insurance Litigation team, where she supports business owners with loss assessments for business interruption insurance claims. Working closely with the wider team reviewing financial documentation, helping clients navigate complex claims with clarity and confidence.
Aliya holds a First Class LLB (Hons) in Law from Aston University. Having recently graduated, Aliya is at the start of her legal career, and is working towards the SQE, with the long-term goal of qualifying as a solicitor.
Before joining RLK, Aliya gained experience with a firm of Chartered Accountants, supporting client accounts and financial documentation, which gave her a strong foundation in accuracy and confidentiality that she can now bring to my legal work.
Aliya takes an empathetic and supportive approach with every client she works with, wanting them to feel genuinely cared for throughout their case. Combining a meticulous eye for detail with a warm, approachable manner, ensuring clients feel informed and reassured at every stage.
Outside of work, Aliya currently runs a food review page across social media, where she manages content and liaises directly with businesses on collaborations. This has given me Amy a strong sense of organisation, self-discipline and commercial awareness, as she balance brand partnerships, deadlines and a consistent public voice across platforms.
